  Post control needed in loft

  Prompt response and job completed so far has been very good. Abel the man who took on the job was very thorough with good explanations and made it clear what steps he was taking to help solve the mouse/rat intrusion. I am expecting a re visit in 10 days time to complete the job and check on progress.

  Rat removal

  Went with this company based on their google reviews which after looking on here now believe they are fake. Was charged £300 for 2 visits to throw nutella and poison down in a polythene bag for a rodent in the loft ! My neighbour was charged £350 for the same job at the same time ! Noises stopped 5 days after 1st visit and nothing for about a wk after 2nd visit when i started hearing the same again. Contacted huntsman within their so called advertised 30 day guarentee only to be told there is no warranty at all. No transparancy dishonest and only care about taking your money. Avoid !!!

  The technical team always provides our customers with the possible treatment plan and prices according to your situation, this is without any obligation. You can verify in the invoice the duration of your warranty which was not included in your quotation.

  Bad Service

  They came to deal with a mouse problem four months ago. Despite stating that the problem was dealt with the mice returned in earnest. They were not willing to return despite the problem recuring within a couple of months No warranty, terrible service, and VERY expensive. Save your money.

  With rodents, long-term results also depend on following recommendation as the ones related with structural gaps, are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand your frustration and have offered a follow-up visit to reassess the situation.

  Wasp nest treatment

  Came out same day and arrived on time. Treatment was expensive - £180 and hasn’t worked. In hindsight didn’t inspire confidence as seemed poorly equipped with a ladder and a can of spray. No further contact to arrange a follow up inspection but did say it would cost another £180 to repeat the treatment if required. I’ve got someone else to come out instead.

  For our company it is crucial to complete the full treatment, which usually consists of 2 visits, and follow all the recommendations however, you only agreed to perform 1 treatment. This will not solve the situation but mitigate it for some time.

  Pest indentification and control.

  Superb communication, the technician arrived at the time he said he would, identified the problem, offered practical advice and a solution. I wasn't under any pressure to proceed but I was very happy to do so. The technician was very respectful of my home and provided documentation after the visit as requested. I would happily recommend this company.
