Superb communication, the technician arrived at the time he said he would, identified the problem, offered practical advice and a solution. I wasn't under any pressure to proceed but I was very happy to do so. The technician was very respectful of my home and provided documentation after the visit as requested. The response time was very prompt. Alvaro was pleasant, friendly conscientious and clear about what was needed to clear squirrels from the loft! He found a huge wasps nest up there too.
