  I recieved a 4 hour slot for the company to visit me. However, I could only get back for a certain time and luckily the company was able to work around my limited time space. Abel who arrived was prompt and thorough. He checked my kitchen for any droppings, outside for any holes and in my loft. He was able to leave poison out and will return in 10 days time to check and fill holes. However, I thought if the issue carries on then the company would continue to help with. Warranty but no warranty has been given which is slightly worrying, but hopefully the job will kill any unwanted pests.

  Post control needed in loft

  Prompt response and job completed so far has been very good. Abel the man who took on the job was very thorough with good explanations and made it clear what steps he was taking to help solve the mouse/rat intrusion. I am expecting a re visit in 10 days time to complete the job and check on progress.
