  Justin was able to collect a mattress from the store and deliver it to my home yesterday afternoon with very short notice. He was able to deliver within a few hours with the help of his colleague. He was polite and respectful. I would definitely use his man with a van service again.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Arrived 3 hours late, made no attempt to catch up, took no notice of the rules of the block where I lived, late finishing, left stuff in the wrong places despite knowing I’m disabled. If there was a minus button on here, I’d use it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

  I’d like to keep this as professional as possible but I can’t ignore that fact that you are deliberately trying to give our company a bad reputation, none of the above is true we arrived a hour and half late due to the fact we had a flat tyre.

  Hired to move an extremely heavy and fairly fragile aquarium and they did a fantastic job. It was a tight fit manoeuvring through stairwells but they managed it without any bumps or scuffs.

  This firm was employed to move our 4 bedroom house contents from Canterbury to Penzance. Justin came round to the house and personally assessed what needed to be done. However, on removal day the two small vans were wholly insufficient for all our belongings, so a lot was left in the garage. Having unloaded in Penzance, Justin returned to Canterbury and brought some of the remaining items down again. There are still many items not received. Justin has not responded to any emails on the subject.
