  Justin reached out immediately after submitting my quote request. He wasn't pushy when I took time to decide and was very polite when I called. When delayed in the morning, he called to let me know and ask if it is okay to come and hour later. He was professional, took permission before pulling back in my driveway. They took the sofa and left in no time
