Justin+his colleague were great. They didnt charge a arm and a leg. No grumbles at all of the number of stairs, just got on and moved the sofa no issues. they dealt with my questionable protective wrapping skills no issue. both were understanding with wearing the protective shoe covers I provided which was a big thing for me thank you guys. i've a strict no shoe policy from the stairs up and most dislike it but Juatin and his colleague was fine and understanding. Consistent updates and confirmation so contact was no issue. Thank you so much again guys. sofa is scuff and tear free!^_^
