  He came out and fixed it within 15mins. It just needed a battery over the door chime

  Wired house alarm

  Brilliant clean, tidy and professional word carried out by Stuart. He disconnected and removed an old house alarm and installed a new wired house alarm which included an app for us to control remotely. Stuart gave advice on where to place the alarm box, which was better than I originally planned, giving us a more clean look! He arrived when he said he would and swiftly sent through a couple of quotes for different alarm systems. Stuart also came out to see the job, which gave me more confidence that there would not be any extra surprise charges. We will be using Stuart again!

  Stuart’s service was excellent from start to finish. His initial communication was clear and helpful, and he kept me updated on the alarm products and costs throughout the process. On the day of installation, he arrived on time, was highly professional, and treated my home with great respect. After completing the installation, he took the time to walk me through the app and patiently answered all my questions. I would definitely use Stuart’s services again and happily recommend him to friends and family.

  Friendly, on time, responded quick to communications and good value for money. I had only requested a service and new battery on my alarm, but was provided with additional information on how to set my alarm under different modes and checking if the sensors were animal friendly. Would definitely recommend and use the company again for any other works.
