Friendly, on time, responded quick to communications and good value for money. I had only requested a service and new battery on my alarm, but was provided with additional information on how to set my alarm under different modes and checking if the sensors were animal friendly. Would definitely recommend and use the company again for any other works.

Stuart assessed the problem with my failing alarm system and gave an honest opinion of what was needed (we could have tried fixing the old control unit but I opted to replace it with a similar new model). Once we agreed the way forward he sorted it out quickly and tested it all, identifying a failed door intrusion detector and replacing it. He was friendly and efficient throughout.

Stuart was able to replace an existing outdoor camera with a new outdoor camera. I am very pleased with the work that was carried out. Stuart was able to work around some issues with the way the previous camera wiring was installed in order to complete the job with no fuss or complications.
