Stuart was very helpful from the initial phone call after the outside bell box had broken in 2 parts on the alarm, Stuart was quick to reply when he would be able to come out to replace the box and let us know how much the box and call out charge was. Stuart was polite and efficient and very reasonable with his prices compared to other companies i tried before Huggett Alarms. Would recommend Stuart and would use him again in the future if needed.

Recommend anyone requiring a new alarm system or service to give huggett alarms a call good price excellent service.

Stuart was very personable and immediately determined the issue, setting about fixing it with ease. He also helped to future proof my issue by assessing whether there was also a battery fault, resulting in him quickly installing a new one despite this not being part of the original scope. His communication and response to the advert were quick and I appreciated him coming out so quickly
