  Had an issue with the cistern taking a long time to fill back up

  The job was done really well. When looking at the pipes they had been connected strangely so sorted out original issue and took 4 hours to sort the rest of it out all and the price was extremely good. Would recommend this company.

  HSS Plumbing: We wanted a radiator moved in a bedroom and a new Towel Rail fitted in the bathroom. Craig was great, he came on time and he did a good job. He tidied up well afterwards and was keen to ensure that the whole heating system was working properly before he left.

  Craig was easy to contact and responded quickly. We managed to book a convenient time and he kept us updated for an exact arrival time. The tasks were carried out carefully and with a good level of communication. The affected areas were left neat and tidy. Very satisfied!

  Quick response and job done well

  Craig responded within minutes of my posting in the evening on Checkatrade. He came the following day to inspect and determine the parts required, then came first thing the following morning to do the repair. All fixed now and I have hot water again! I found Craig very communicative and helpful, explaining how the leak had arisen and possible loner term improvements. I would certainly like to have him back to carry these out at a later date. All in all an excellent service.
