Would highly recommend. My kitchen tap broke and was unable to be turned off and Craig had it fixed within an hour of arriving at our home. He was very considerate of my 6 month old and warned me when he needed to cut the broken tap as it would be loud. We called in the evening to arrange Craig to attend but due to Craig needing specific parts he was unable to attend at that time but he made it a priority to attend in the morning.

Craig and Dan were both professional and respective of my home. Their work was excellent and they cleaned afterwards any mess they had made. They took extra time to an additional job as well for me. Craig will happily return if I have any problems but I certainly don't think there will be. Book them they are amazing and worked every day to the maximum.

My mother had a serious leak and Welsh Water gave us 30 days to get it fixed. I phoned Craig on a Tuesday afternoon and although he was working in Hereford (about 38 miles away) on Wednesday he managed to get back in time to sort our problem. He was very knowledgeable, & very professional in his work. For a prompt, professional & friendly service, I couldn't fault him. Good job.
