10 Investigate and fix issues with log burner installed by another company.

Terry was fantastic in diagnosing the issues with the current install, and laid out clearly what needed to be done to correct the poor work done by the previous installers. Tracy was excellent in communicating everything and organising the plastering/rendering separately from the main re-installation of the log burner. Recently I had a small log burner installed in my garden room / office. I have to say that the whole process was flawless, from communications and installation. The Chimney Sweep and subsequent Stove Installation work was carried out in a very professional manner. At HSI, we pride ourselves in offering a prompt, efficient & friendly family run service, no chimney is no problem with our twin wall internal and external systems. When you call you will only ever speak with either Terry (who carries out all surveys and installations) or Tracy (who handles all phone calls, showroom, ordering and diary etc). We are a HETAS approved fully insured company and are always conscious of our customer's needs. We are also pleased to offer estimates; we fully guarantee all of our work. We have recently moved our work premises (literally approximately 30 feet) and have a small showroom area in our new unit - we are open by appointment only. We can proudly say that we are a dealer for Ekol and Saltfire and for the more modern stove Termatech, along with Mi Flue Stoves and Woolly Mammoth Stoves. We have now also got a Facebook page.
