Terry and Tracy couldn’t have been more helpful in getting our wood burner fully installed, including making good our old fireplace. Terry turned up exactly when he said he would and did a great job, completing everything exactly as agreed. Friendly, reliable and professional throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We had two stoves swept and serviced by Terry this year. Very friendly and efficient service, tidy and reassuring to have the carbon monoxide alarms tested. Installed 3 wood burners over the years and swept and maintained them. Three burners were all different makes and installs - one being a built in cassette type to replace the baxi open fire that was there. This included cutting back the stone surround and lining the chimney. Looks and works great. Terry sweeps each year to allow us to have our certificate and peace of mind when it comes to insurance. He leaves the room as he found it nice and clean. Also gives helpful advise on maintenance. Would we use Terry again - yes. At HSI, we pride ourselves in offering a prompt, efficient & friendly family run service, no chimney is no problem with our twin wall internal and external systems. When you call you will only ever speak with either Terry (who carries out all surveys and installations) or Tracy (who handles all phone calls, showroom, ordering and diary etc). We are a HETAS approved fully insured company and are always conscious of our customer's needs. We are also pleased to offer estimates; we fully guarantee all of our work. We have recently moved our work premises (literally approximately 30 feet) and have a small showroom area in our new unit - we are open by appointment only. We can proudly say that we are a dealer for Ekol and Saltfire and for the more modern stove Termatech, along with Mi Flue Stoves and Woolly Mammoth Stoves. We have now also got a Facebook page.
