Communication from Tracy and Terry up to the appointment is always excellent. Terry was punctual as usual and very polite. Chimney swept in no time and fireplace/area left clean and hoovered. Now once again enjoying our beautiful warm fire 😊 Can’t recommend Terry enough. Terry has fitted 3 different stoves for us in 2 houses - all very different. The advise and workmanship when fitting the current insert fire place was great and 6 years on he is still sweeping and maintaining it. When sweeping he is quick and clean - our cream carpets are not the best choice to have in a lounge but he makes sure the room is well protected before he sweeps. Job location: SO23Annual sweep and provision of kindling and Firelighters. Terry and Tracy are so helpful , they always provide an excellent service, come on time, clean up after themselves and do a great job. I asked for some kindling, and Terry went out of his way to ensure I got it, even though they don’t really offer that as a service (which I didn’t know). They just are really decent people, doing a great job. Recommend them.10 Reliable, professional chimney sweep

At HSI, we pride ourselves in offering a prompt, efficient & friendly family run service, no chimney is no problem with our twin wall internal and external systems. When you call you will only ever speak with either Terry (who carries out all surveys and installations) or Tracy (who handles all phone calls, showroom, ordering and diary etc). We are a HETAS approved fully insured company and are always conscious of our customer's needs. We are also pleased to offer estimates; we fully guarantee all of our work. We have recently moved our work premises (literally approximately 30 feet) and have a small showroom area in our new unit - we are open by appointment only. We can proudly say that we are a dealer for Ekol and Saltfire and for the more modern stove Termatech, along with Mi Flue Stoves and Woolly Mammoth Stoves. We have now also got a Facebook page.
