Excellent service from start to finish. I have used this company several times and would highly recommend them for supply, installation, service and support for your log burner.

Terry was fantastic in diagnosing the issues with the current install, and laid out clearly what needed to be done to correct the poor work done by the previous installers. Tracy was excellent in communicating everything and organising the plastering/rendering separately from the main re-installation of the log burner. I would 100% recommend using HSI.
