Terry has always undertaken the annual service and check of my log burner stove; very professional, efficient and friendly. Included this time some cosmetic work and advice. Tracy is also very good at the business side. Excellent all round as usual, and at a reasonable price.

Annual chimney sweep

Terry installed our stove 10 years ago and has looked after it since then. I would highly recommend him. His work is always clean and tidy when he does the annual sweep.

Terry and Tracy are so knowledgeable and generous with their time getting to know customers needs and wants. We had two visits to their showroom and they did a site visit to check what the job would involve and take measurements. They communicated the time scales really well and were always very friendly. All work was done to a very high standard and the site always left clean and tidy with them removing waste. They have been back to sweep since and everything was professional and reasonably priced.
