Jana, the owner, has been brilliant. You can tell she holds her team to high standards and really wants to provide the best service possible. Her communication is great, and she’s always open to feedback. She’s very professional, yet still friendly and easy to talk to. It’s also clear that she genuinely cares about how we’re getting on as customers. We’ve been assigned Izzy for our cleans, and she’s lovely, polite, friendly, and does a really good job every time.
