  Best cleaning service ever!

  HSH is without a doubt the best cleaning company we’ve ever used. Our house is always spotless now! From the moment we first met Jana, I knew we were dealing with a gold start service. The care & attention she puts into matching her cleaners with her clients is next level. Izzy comes to clean our house once a week & she’s just incredible. Always on time, so friendly & polite, such a great character to have around the house. She notices the little things that other cleaners have often overlooked. It’s really changed our lives having her here, if you’re thinking about using HSH, don’t hesitate!

  Pleasant, efficient, thorough, attention to detail

  Jana and her team did a deep clean of the whole house. Jana is a great communicator, very clear about the scope of work, timing and costs, and responds quickly to queries. The team - all very lovely people - arrived promptly, had all the products and equipment they needed, and got straight on with the job. They were extremely efficient and thorough, every inch of the house was cleaned, furniture was moved where possible and Jana personally inspected every team member's work. I could not recommend Jana and her team more highly - their work is of the highest possible calibre.

  Really good house cleaning service

  Jana and her team provide a really great, very professional service. She responded to my request promptly and we arranged for her to visit our home to see the scale of the work. Her rates are very reasonable and so we decided to have a fortnightly cleaning. We have since met two of her team, Chelsea and Issy. Both ladies always turn up on time and very hard working. Our house always looks great after they have been here! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Sweet Home for your house cleaning needs - nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their faces!

  Jana is excellent

  Jana, the owner, has been brilliant. You can tell she holds her team to high standards and really wants to provide the best service possible. Her communication is great, and she’s always open to feedback. She’s very professional, yet still friendly and easy to talk to. It’s also clear that she genuinely cares about how we’re getting on as customers. We’ve been assigned Izzy for our cleans, and she’s lovely, polite, friendly, and does a really good job every time. Having the house cleaned every two weeks has made such a difference and really takes the pressure off with the chore
