Jana is a good communicator, very open to feedback and adapting to individual needs and requirements. There was a high turn-around in the first few weeks of working with the company, with many changes of cleaner, day and time. These weren’t always dealt with as smoothly as preferred initially, but after we discussed this with Jana she took this onboard and things have much improved communication-wise.
