Jana and her team provide a really great, very professional service. She responded to my request promptly and we arranged for her to visit our home to see the scale of the work. Her rates are very reasonable and so we decided to have a fortnightly cleaning. We have since met two of her team, Chelsea and Issy. Both ladies always turn up on time and very hard working. Our house always looks great after they have been here! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Sweet Home for your house cleaning needs - nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their faces!

Jana, the owner, has been brilliant. You can tell she holds her team to high standards and really wants to provide the best service possible. Her communication is great, and she’s always open to feedback. She’s very professional, yet still friendly and easy to talk to. It’s also clear that she genuinely cares about how we’re getting on as customers. We’ve been assigned Izzy for our cleans, and she’s lovely, polite, friendly, and does a really good job every time. After a neighbour had a mild stroke, we contacted Home Sweet Home House Keeping to support the lady with general cleaning, they were most helpful and arranged for someone to come that week on a permanent basis.
