  Kitchen fitting and door replacement

  HR Contracts have worked on two separate projects for us, the fitting of a new kitchen and the replacement of all our interior doors. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Communication has always been friendly and quick.

  Howden’s kitchen fit to a small annex

  Initially some very good impressions from the team here and were very accommodating and with a quick install date. The first day impressions were good and the units went in perfectly, however on the second when it became time to do the worktop, the property was left in a poor standard of finish. Metal edging strips were not filed down, long parcel marks left of the wall, laminate edging strips were either not cut straight or chipped, filler left untidy in joints and a 15mm hole left in the plaster which when questioned the reply was “well you could put some filler in it”.

  I’m really sorry you feel this way, I’m not sure what you mean by the edging strips where not filed down, they come finished and smooth. Yes there was two small pencil marks on the wall, but I explained to you that I need to mark out things on the wall to drill and draw level lines. I said my plumber would fill the small hole but you said that you would do it. I’ve always had good responses to my work as you can see in my reviews.

  3 bedroom apartment refurbishment project

  From the initial meeting with Russell we were very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. We agreed on the work to be done and went ahead with his quote. The entire job included a new kitchen, new electrics & plumbing, including replacement boiler and radiators. Three new bathrooms, new doors and complete redecoration. Demolition of a garden room and reinstatement of a balcony. All of his team are excellent, completely trustworthy, reliable and work to a high standard. Great communication throughout. Project completed on time. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

  Kitchen fitting

  Recently had Russell round to fit our new Magnet kitchen. The guys did a great job, really pleased with the results. Numerous issues with the kitchen, (Magnet's fault) with incorrect parts being supplied which caused delays, Russell dealt with it without any fuss and got the work completed to a really high standard. Don't hesitate to use them for a fitting, nice guys and they get the job done.

  Kitchen removal and new kitchen installation

  Russell removed our old kitchen and installed a complete new kitchen and flooring. He and his team were a pleasure to have here. The plumber in particular went "above and beyond" in helping solve existing issues.

  Garden office built!

  Updated throughout the process! Weather horrendous but constant communication. Quality of work and ideas presented were clear and easy to understand. Also partners that completed electrics and roofer were very professional and trustworthy. End result, nice garden office completed in a couple of weeks. Great job!
