Our central heating boiler failed on a Friday evening and we were without heating and hot water. I had difficulty finding an engineer on Saturday morning who was able to come out before Monday. HP Plumbing Heating and Gas were doing a job but said they would come round after completing it. They found that one of the circuit boards had blown and said they probably couldn't get a replacement until mid-week. But first thing Monday they called to say they had found one and could fix it later that day. Everything working by mid-afternoon. Jai has been servicing my previous boiler for several years and has always been extremely reliable and attending to any problems swiftly at a very reasonable cost.
