Jay was very professional and pleasant to deal with, will be calling him next time I need a plumber!

Our central heating boiler failed on a Friday evening and we were without heating and hot water. I had difficulty finding an engineer on Saturday morning who was able to come out before Monday. HP Plumbing Heating and Gas were doing a job but said they would come round after completing it. They found that one of the circuit boards had blown and said they probably couldn't get a replacement until mid-week. But first thing Monday they called to say they had found one and could fix it later that day. Everything working by mid-afternoon. Very efficient, friendly and helpful service.

Great service. My boiler was not working, I had no heating or hot water. Jay was able to identify the problem and fix it within a few hours. Absolutely recommend!

Jai has been servicing my previous boiler for several years and has always been extremely reliable and attending to any problems swiftly at a very reasonable cost. I trust him completely to attend to any gas maintenance job and he has just fitted a new boiler in a day, which is working brilliantly.
