  An efficient service from the office staff and the service engineer arrived within the arranged timeframe, was polite, professional and knowledgeable when I asked about follow on work to have some radiators replaced. HP Plumbing installed the boiler in 2017 and have serviced it annually ever since. Excellent stuff!

  Reliable and trustworthy Plumbing and Heating company in York

  Have used HP Plumbing and Heating for a few years now and they have always been reliable and supportive, completing work to a good standard at very reasonable rates. Latest job was a damaged external gas pipe. They quickly assessed the work and arranged an appointment the following morning. Repair and replacement was quickly and professionally carried out by Mark who kept us informed and also left the site tidy. Thanks.

  Highly recommended. Daniel was competent and efficient and advised repair, rather than replace, our 13 year old Worcester Bosch boiler (LPG). He identified the cause of leakage and replaced the relevant parts that other heating engineers were reluctant to do. He also carried out a thorough service, replacing parts that highlighted shortcomings from previous annual services. Hollie offered an efficient and friendly service from the office. We are very glad, and relieved, to have found HP Plumbing & Heating and have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Fantastic company

  We have used HP Plumbing for many years,they fitted our current boiler. They also service the boiler every year. This year Mark came to do our annual service,he arrived at the alotted time and was very helpful and quickly got on with the job , making sure it was clean and tidy after finishing. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

  Outstanding Company, Reliable and Professional

  I have used HP Plumbing and Heating for a number of years for boiler services. The service, professionalism, knowledge and consistently outstanding service is something that is not seen or heard of very much these days. Engineer Joe that serviced my boiler this year showed excelled in every aspect of what I mentioned above.
