Having had annoying rattling pipes for some time, I didn’t think many plumbers would want the task of tracking down the problem. HP Plumbing and Heating came up trumps, it was a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack but Mark didn’t give up until he found a worn joint that was causing the problem. He also pinned all adjacent pipe work to endure not future problems, peace at last!

When our existing boiler reached end of it's natural life - HP PLUMBING & HEATING were quick to come round and survey in the am, later that day we had a full and competitive quotation - with the offer to start the work the following day (as we were without hot water/heating. Following day they had all components delivered early doors - completed the work around 4pm on the same day. No mess. Two very competent, professional and personable young fellows - Daniel & Henry. Highly recommended

As last year, Joe did a great job in servicing what is a very old boiler. Also identified a safety issue with the gas fire and remedied the situation immediately. Was prompt, really professional and cleaned up as though he had never been there. Very happy to recommend.

Initial assessment of the situation carried out by Dan. Identified the source of water pipe ak, explained the situation clearly, provided good advice and a couple of possible solutions for us to choose from. Works carried out professionally by Mark. Again, the situation and works to be carried regarding the identified leaking water pipe were explained really clearly. Subsequent boiler check and radiator balance brought the system back into full working order. Good advice also offered regarding further required works, which we will follow up on. Both visits punctual. Top job! Thank you.

I had a leak on the condensate piping, as it came out of the external wall. Being at the side of the house, I had only recently noticed the leak, after seeing the water, and also that the brick mortar had turned yellow. I contacted HP plumbing and Heating, as they are my “go for” plumbing company. Always so reliable, efficient, polite and good at their job. The two young lads Henry and Joe, were cheerful, and it was pleasing to see them enjoying their job, and explaining in detail, what work had been carried out. A breath of fresh air.
