  End of tenancy clean

  I was genuinely impressed with the standard of the end of tenancy clean. I had assumed the carpet stains were permanent, but they came up far better than I ever expected. The property was left immaculate throughout, and the service was courteous, efficient and excellent value for money.

  Painting and post Renovation cleaning

  We recently used HouseClean Pro to paint and decorate our newly renovated two bedroom flat, and we’re really pleased with the results. Ade was great, professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. The finish was excellent, the pricing was fair, and everything was completed on time. Highly recommended!

  Poor clean and a troubling response to complaint

  Booked an end-of-tenancy clean (£370). The work was well below professional standard — cobwebs, food debris, dust, an unclean appliance and marks throughout. The company acknowledged areas fell short but refused to re-clean, citing a 24-hour rule never disclosed at booking, and offered only a partial payment. My bank later resolved the dispute in my favour. Of particular concern: in its submission to the bank it claimed it had offered to re-clean, directly contradicting its own email refusing exactly that. Cannot recommend.

  I recommended HouseClean Pro to a friend for painting their four-bedroom house, and they did a fantastic job. The team worked incredibly hard, were friendly throughout, and delivered a great finish. My friend was very happy with the results. I would happily use their services again.

  Move out cleaning
