The chap from Hotcold appliance repairs called. He asked me a few questions and very honestly said I would need a new fridge. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty as he could have come out -charged a call out fee and told me the same thing. There are still reliable, honest, caring people in the world. Thank you

Jefferson was so helpful. He was pleasant and courteous, arrived promptly, used his initiative to find parking and generally a lovely person. Now the fridge repair - he managed to sort out the problem, gave me some maintenance advice and his measured opinion in response to my questions. He also looked at another related issue though not part of my original request. Overall i wouldn't hesitate to call him for other similar jobs.
