The service received from Horsham fire and flues was exceptional. Right from the initial contact through to the install was carried out professionally, efficiently, with total care/consideration and without fuss. Good advice and recommendation as to what was needed to carry out the installation. The team of 3 did a great job, the top of the chimney had been removed from the property and the existing fireplace was useless, they installed a new liner, chimney flue and cut away the old fireplace to fit our stove. A few days later their recommended plasterer arrived to add the finishing touches l. We found Tara very help-full. when we enquired about stoves our quote was with us within 12hrs . We found Pete and Tom very prompt and professional and I would recommend to anybody. I am disabled and in a wheel chair so they helped Denise my wife to store the logs.
