  Wood burner installation

  Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communication and explanations of work requirements to remove huge old built in gas fire to enable a wood burner to be installed in its place. Pete, Tara and Tyler are a real lucky find and I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others. Great family business.

  Multifuel inset stove installation

  The service received from Horsham fire and flues was exceptional. Right from the initial contact through to the install was carried out professionally, efficiently, with total care/consideration and without fuss. Good advice and recommendation as to what was needed to carry out the installation. The stove will be a great addition for the Christmas festivities!!!

  Installation of Wood burning stove

  The team of 3 did a great job, the top of the chimney had been removed from the property and the existing fireplace was useless, they installed a new liner, chimney flue and cut away the old fireplace to fit our stove. A few days later their recommended plasterer arrived to add the finishing touches l. It was a noisy and messy process of course but they left the house clean and tidy and the end result is amazing, we are very very happy with our new stove.

  Supply and fitted wood burning stove

  We found Tara very help-full. when we enquired about stoves our quote was with us within 12hrs . We found Pete and Tom very prompt and professional and I would recommend to anybody. I am disabled and in a wheel chair so they helped Denise my wife to store the logs. We found one of the reasons that they were so professional was that we kept them supplied With biscuits .

  A flawless experience!

  From the initial contact, advice on stoves, ongoing communications, through to the completion of the installation of our new multifuel stove, the customer experience received from both Tara and Pete was flawless. I cannot recommend Horsham Fires & Flues highly enough!
