Two window units, outside the warranty period, had developed faulty seals, necessitating replacement. Malcolm (Horizon Windows' chief surveyor) oversaw the work with his usual attention to detail. The price for the work was very reasonable and Charlotte, in the office, who dealt with the initial enquiry, was most helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended.

Last weekend one of the windows at my house was broken by a stone. I have the pleasure of sending out a heartfelt thank you to Horizon Windows and Phil in particular for pulling out all the stops to get us a replacement. Can't thank you enough, the service was extraordinary: call on Tuesday, visit to measure on Wednesday, delivery Thursday and install on Friday.

I organised for new windows, patio doors and conservatory to be installed at my Mums house. The work was brilliant, first class service. Communication throughout from point of sale to installation. *As rendering will be carried out later, the edges have been left unfinished on purpose *
