Les carried out a home survey, which didn't take too long, but ensured we had all the info needed at that stage. We decided to proceed with the TV mounting as quoted, and I am very pleased with the end result. Les ensured the cables were properly fed through the wall and that any shorter cables were replaced. Called to book in a visit as Ariel on roof had blown down. When I called, the phone was answered by a human which was nice. After explaining the issue they booked in a Date & time of visit as well as a quote. After the phone call I received an email confirmation of who was attending & time of arrival.
