Well what can I say. Les done a fantastic job with all 3 of my TVs. from the moment of booking the office staff were friendly and polite and was able to work around my plasterer. Les was always on time, very knowledgeable. he went above and beyond and talked me through everything and the TVs looks amazing! . I wouldn't use any other company for my TV set up also very reasonable priced.

Les arrived on time and rectified the problem very quickly and efficiently. A satisfied customer who will use Horizon again.

Everything about my experience with Horizon Sound and Vision was 100% positive, the telephone call asking for help, very positive, polite and I was given an idea of the probable cost, appointment time to suit me and they attended on time. The engineer that attended was polite/courteous and very knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending Horizon, I guess things like this experience are what makes Britain great?

The engineer Les was extremely helpful the installation was excellent he went through all of the instructions to operate the tv did a very tidy job which we were very pleased with certainly would use Horizon agin for further work!
