  Emergency call out and full roof replacement

  Thank you so much to Horizon Roofing UK. Nathan and his team were amazing, so friendly and totally professional. We had to call for an emergency patch up, I called in the evening and they arrived first thing the next day. They were not put off by the extent of the damage our roof had and the work required to fix it. We had a brand new roof within two weeks of our intial emergency call out. Thank you so much to these guys, they kept working through the bad weather and were punctual everyday and always had a smile, even in the freezing cold. Can only recommend them, genuinely amazing company.

  Roof repair

  Nathan was responsive, and he was confident in his ability to repair my roof. He gave us great advice of what to do in our situation so I was pleased that I got in touch with him otherwise, I probably would have got charged an arm and a leg by someone else.   Stay well away !!

  We had an old detached property. That required all fascia and guttering to be replaced. We asked for complete removal and replacement. Found out some of it was just boarded over even when asking for complete replacement. Apparently the nails were to big to remove old fascia ???? Really One side of the guttering leaks and the brick walls are soaking wet. Extremely disappointing so stay well away!!!!!

  Hello since you have left this review the matter has been resolved but you refuse to answer the phone. You would not let us have access to water to test the gutters so we had to buy some from the shop to test it out with. For anyone reading who is being put off by the review leftt he has been extremely difficult to please from the word go and I’ve done all in my power to make sure he was happy Also he was told about the apex boards being covered over as if we were to take them out the verge and under sheeting would of all dropped out and he agreed the best thing to do was to cover the apex’s over.

  Rebuilding of tile roof on a 1920s terraced house.

  I had to call this company in at short notice due to a hole appearing in the roof. The company owner (Nathan) attended very promptly on the same day and quickly set out the available options, with a quote for each. We contracted them to rebuild the roof including new membrane, replacement battens, new dry ridge system and re-use of existing tiles. They did the work very promptly and kept me well informed throughout, explaining for example the way the dry ridge works.
