Nathan inspected the leaking roof and recommended replacing the flat roof for £1500. The work was done on Dec 12, but subsequent issues arose: the roof leaked heavily on Jan 5, severely cracking the ceiling. Despite multiple requests for a visit, Horizon delayed until Jan 15 and then said it would cost £2000 to have more work done, which he then increased to £3000. I declined. The initial work was poorly done, leaving broken tiles, fallen mortar, and nails on rubber roof. A different company fixed the leak, revealing Horizon’s work was subpar, causing extra costs for subsequent ceiling repairs
Response from Horizon Roofing UK
I have tried multiple times to offer you a full refund which you rejected, the reason the leak was happening in the first place was because when we replaced the flat roof we found a holes in the felt which you refused to pay to get rectified.
