    Really impressed with Nathan and his team. I've been burned by some dodgy people before so I was probably a bit jumpy and annoying to deal with at times! Nathan got back to all communication quickly and was polite and professional throughout. Any issues were sorted quickly and without fuss. His team are lovely, really friendly and hard working. The job was completed on time despite us adding additional work in. Really impressed and would use again.

    Emergency call out and full roof replacement

    Thank you so much to Horizon Roofing UK. Nathan and his team were amazing, so friendly and totally professional. We had to call for an emergency patch up, I called in the evening and they arrived first thing the next day. They were not put off by the extent of the damage our roof had and the work required to fix it. We had a brand new roof within two weeks of our intial emergency call out. Thank you so much to these guys, they kept working through the bad weather and were punctual everyday and always had a smile, even in the freezing cold. Can only recommend them, genuinely amazing company.

    Roof repair

    Nathan was responsive, and he was confident in his ability to repair my roof. He gave us great advice of what to do in our situation so I was pleased that I got in touch with him otherwise, I probably would have got charged an arm and a leg by someone else. I would highly recommend. Thank you Nathan!!!

    Stay well away !!

    We had an old detached property. That required all fascia and guttering to be replaced. We asked for complete removal and replacement. Found out some of it was just boarded over even when asking for complete replacement. Apparently the nails were to big to remove old fascia ???? Really One side of the guttering leaks and the brick walls are soaking wet. Extremely disappointing so stay well away!!!!!

    Hello since you have left this review the matter has been resolved but you refuse to answer the phone. You would not let us have access to water to test the gutters so we had to buy some from the shop to test it out with. For anyone reading who is being put off by the review leftt he has been extremely difficult to please from the word go and I’ve done all in my power to make sure he was happy Also he was told about the apex boards being covered over as if we were to take them out the verge and under sheeting would of all dropped out and he agreed the best thing to do was to cover the apex’s over.
