Mark responded to my enquiry, and explained that the quote would depend on the extent of the damage when the roof tiles were removed to reveal the roofing felt. Second time using Home Property Care & again delivered top quality service. The team arrived and got straight to work replacing the batons and roof lining as well as a few broken tiles and repointed the edging. Really happy with the service received and money well spent on works that will without a doubt last a long time. Work area was left spotless again, these guys are a customer focused team of professionals and would recommend them to anyone. Photos of the work process and what needed replacement gives peace of mind and shows what you’re paying for. Mark was very quick to reply to my email, he came the same day to talk to us. Came back next day with his team and ladders on time. found roof to be clogged with earth and debris. Photos were shown, this was all cleared. Mark hopes this will sort the problem of water running down our lounge wall. We will have to wait for the next big down pour to see, but i have no doubt Mark will be back if we need him. Mark and his team were very friendly and helpful.Verified reviewerJob location: RG21
