Really solid work and walked me through the work on the day, pre-comms could have been a bit tighter.

On the agreed day, he arrived first thing with his team, who were friendly, efficient, and respectful throughout. They worked in a tidy and organised way, and the job was completed exactly as needed. What stood out most was Mark’s personable approach. He checked in regularly during the day to monitor the team’s progress, which was very reassuring and showed a real commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Cannot recommend this companies after sales service high enough. Mark arrived promptly and reviewed the work he previously completed last July to see if it was the root cause. He quickly identified the problem to be a historical repair elsewhere on the property by another company. Even took and supplied me with videos of the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. In today’s world it’s so reassuring to be able to call someone and to know you will always get an honest and trustworthy response. Well done.
