    repair LPG gas hob which needed the jets coeaned

    John was a competent engineer and swiftly sorted out the burner jets on our gas hob he also gave good advice on how to clean the hob in the future very happy with service

    Oven still not working, after spending £100

    Was charged £100 for call out & part, the part was misdiagnosed, the original part was taken from my premises, so I’m left with a new part I didn’t need, & the oven’s still not working, if the engineer had used testing equipment, maybe I would have had a correct diagnosis
