    Very happy & pleased, Lee arrived when he said he would, very knowledgeable about the appliance & located the problem within a few minutes so much so my dishwasher was up & running again. Would definitely recommend Homecare & Lee, so much so I'm going to also be taking out their homecare appliance plan

    Washing Machine Repair (Motor Issue)

    Homecare were very quick in contacting me after putting my request in on Checkatrade. Paul from the office contacted me and arranged a call out in less than 48hrs (They did apologise they could not be with me within 24hrs). Ryan, engineer, arrived at house at the time promised and was helpful, friendly and courteous. He talked me through the diagnostic process and advised what he would be doing, including noise levels (As we have a new baby in house). Fixed washing machine and resolved on same visit - very happy with Homecare and Ryan's service. Would definitely use again. Thank you.
