The company contacted me quickly, and gave me all information on cost and availability. Within the 48 hours I had asked for, someone could be round. A helpful tracker was provided so I'd know when they got here, and their repair was fast and effective. They were able to repair the faulty part without replacing it, saving me a lot! Knowledgable individual who came round, and offered me solid advice. Strongly recommend!

Engineer arrived when he said he would and the whole process from booking to getting it complete was smooth

Washing machine had stopped working so i called out an engineer - they checked a number of the component parts of the machine and identified a circuit board was not working properly - They checked that a part was available, however, due to the cost and advice given the conclusion was it would probably be cheaper to get a brnd new machine.

Super quick response to my job, appointment booked within a week, Ryan turned up early, with a heads up via text that he was on his way. Job completed without fuss or mess. Very happy and would recommend and is again.

Although I did not use this company, I just want to say that they were very quick to reply, polite, were willing to travel from Lancahsire into Yorkshire but I couldn't justify them using their fuel to come over. It wasn't a big or expensive job & their prices were extremely competitive. I spoke to Paul. He was polite & had the company been on my doorstep, he would have gotten my business without failed. I was impressed with the speed of reply & his telephone manner. I wish his company every success going forward.
