John came. He was excellent! Really professional, explained everything. Didn’t drag job out. Gave lots of good advice and we bought boiler cover from him instead of British Gas!

The engineer came on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 20 minutes. The washing machine is working fine. We were advised not to replace it since there was still plenty of life left in our nearly 25 year old Bosch Washing Machine.

I can't complement them enough. Agreed the price before he attended. Efficient engineer. Job done. Would definitely recommend Price paid as agreed.

The engineer turned up at the time specified. He fixed the dishwasher which was stuck in the final part of the cycle in 15 minutes. It was more expensive than we expected considering no parts were involved.

Lee was very thorough in dealing with all 3 jobs I had in the kitchen. Looked beyond the original request (replace oven door seal) and found that the cooling fan wasn’t working. Did further tests to confirm this, organised express replacement parts to be delivered to me ready for fitting a few days later. Tidy, professional, clearly explained what he was doing and possible issues. Very happy with the work done, and also the response time: placed request on Sunday evening and Lee arrived the next morning.
