Fast and efficient. Gave the best quote...good customer service. The engineer called within the specified time..no hidden extras...spoke about thier applience insurance and took them up on the offer. Have had to call them out to issues with my washer...same customer service...issue fixed and no bill. Definitely recommended

I have been extremely impressed by my dealings with homecare. The communication was quick and friendly and they were able to book my repair to fit in around my work schedule. Zach made an initial visit and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to order the parts needed there and then. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through the next stages in a clear way that made me feel confident. He returned and completed the repair efficiently and dealt with another issue that arose with my machine. Top quality service. Would highly recommend.
