  Came to sort our Chimney after a botched job in August but since then some issues have come to light

  Sadly I have had to update my previous review due to finding out the chimney stack that was supposed to have been repaired not being done to an even acceptable/passable standard. I've had to have someone else out who has pointed out felting not folded under the tiles and flashing as appropriate, gaps in the flashing, flashing not flush with the tiles leaving us open to the elements. I did try to contact Paul about this before and after Xmas but was always passed off and promised a call back. I feel used and cheated and taken advantage of my upset last year and also over charged.

  I Rachel sorry to hear that your unhappy with work you certainly was not taking advantage of or over charge as job was under 2k also removed velix window and refelted new tiles on back and also done ridge tiles including chimney do you have pics prove

  Paul turned up when he said he would. He did the job without any complaints, did the job to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend this reliable gentleman and his company.

  Roof repairs after storm damage

  Cannot thank the team enough for the work they carried out on our roof! After a recent storm we had damage on both ends of the roof and needed some repairs. Paul came out as soon as he could, told is what needed doing and gave a reasonable quote. He kept us updated all along and on the day the team were amazing! They worked quickly and had our roof sorted in no time. The quality of work has been fab, they were polite and cleaned everything up afterwards - thank you!

  New Roof

  Superb job from Paul & his lads. There were delays to start date and men down due to sickness. We also had a storm in the middle of the installation which caused some water ingress (freak incident) but Paul & his lads couldn’t have done more to sort it. Communication was second to none, boy did those guys work hard! No hanging around drinking coffees and making lengthy phone calls - just knuckled down & got on with it. Only 1 minor issue which was damage to our summerhouse roof which was down to the scaffolding company’s guys being careless. Not fixed yet by scaffolders but Paul will sort.

  Storm damage

  From start to finish everything went smoothly,and the price was good. Paul answered my call for help very quickly, he came and looked at the damage gave me a price and completed the work in 3 hours and all on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks Paul.

  Storm damaged roof.

  Home care home improvements responded quickly ,came and checked the damage ,gave me a price which I accepted and the job was done in no time at all and all on a Saturday afternoon. Made no mess and took the broken roof tiles away. Can't thank Paul enough.
