Paul and Ben have been absolutely fantastic. I sourced them remotely, as I don’t live in Morecambe, to replace the roof on a new buy-to-let property I recently purchased. Paul assessed the roof the same day, and they started work within days, completing it in just two weeks. They were professional, reliable, and kept me updated daily with photos through WhatsApp. The new roof looks excellent, and they’ve also provided a 10-year guarantee, which is fantastic. I’d highly recommend them for their efficiency and outstanding workmanship.

We had a complete roof replaced on our property. Paul was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, and he completed the job before our students moved in. We were unable to visit the property so Paul kept us fully informed with images and voice messages throughout the time.

Came quickly and did a good job

Paul responded very quickly and investigated the leak throuougly.He came the next day and completed the work.He left no mess and did a very neat and tidy job.

Sadly I have had to update my previous review due to finding out the chimney stack that was supposed to have been repaired not being done to an even acceptable/passable standard. I've had to have someone else out who has pointed out felting not folded under the tiles and flashing as appropriate, gaps in the flashing, flashing not flush with the tiles leaving us open to the elements. I did try to contact Paul about this before and after Xmas but was always passed off and promised a call back. I feel used and cheated and taken advantage of my upset last year and also over charged.
