Ken of Draincott was the most impressive of the callers who rang following my request for help via Checkatrade to deal with a kitchen sink that blocks up constantly. His is a family run company and local to where we live. It was a difficult task which resulted in his clearing years and years of fat clogging up our drainage system. I was amazed at Ken's patience and determination over a couple of visits to sort the problem. My wife and I were hosting our child's birthday party when our waste and toilet became blocked. Found Ken on Google and he was able to fit us in at short notice due to circumstances 11 kids to handle. Anyway unblocked and all was well; what a relief if you'll pardon the pun. Job location: EN5It was only by chance, searching the internet, frantically, trying to find someone to unblock the drainage system, just days before Christmas, December 2021. I found their details online and they came and sorted everything within minutes. Since then, we have used this company for all our drainage problems. This mainly due to the high standards and levels of satisfaction received. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a punctual, professional and reliable company to unblock their drainage system, at a high level of efficiency and satisfaction.

I offer a good responsive and friendly service for a reasonable price and being a small local business do not charge VAT. PLEASE read my reviews they say it instead of just me.
I, the owner and operator Ken Cattanach have worked as a Plant and Building Services engineer on piped services, drain and sewer associated works with London Transport for many years.
My associate and cousin is Dean (a human mole) who has been installing and repairing drains, cesspit, sewer pump installations for over 20 years.
We act as a team and Dean also has his own business and offers his 30 years experience, knowledge and skills in the drainage business, this keeps down our overheads and allows me NOT to charge VAT a great saving to our domestic clients.
