  Unblocking of the drainage system

  It was only by chance, searching the internet, frantically, trying to find someone to unblock the drainage system, just days before Christmas, December 2021. I found their details online and they came and sorted everything within minutes. Since then, we have used this company for all our drainage problems. This mainly due to the high standards and levels of satisfaction received. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a punctual, professional and reliable company to unblock their drainage system, at a high level of efficiency and satisfaction.

  Blocked drains

  Very prompt in responding, I had blocked toilet and bath outlet. After examining the problem the outside manhole was full of sewage. After several attempts to clear the sewer it was noted that the problem was caused by the neighbours drain was blocked and backed to my drains. I have learnt a lot about drainage. I would recommend this company and definitely use them if needed.

  From the moment Ken arrived he started to look at all the possible options of how the drains may be blocked and clearly had lots of experience. He detected the problem in the main sewer and used his high-pressure jetting equipment to clear the problem. He also advised on what the problem might’ve been and how to make sure it didn’t re occur. I would thoroughly recommend Ken for any drain clearance work and have used him for many years.

  Drain unblocking

  Homecare unblocked our kitchen's outside drain. They had a fast response to my phone call which was 8.30 am! - and came round the same afternoon. They are clearly very knowledgeable about drainage, and what steps to take to avoid the problem from re-occuring. I thought a very reasonable charge for doing the job - certainly very favourable compared with some of the larger firms. Would highly recommend!

  Suspected drain blockage

  I rang Ken for a suspected blocked sewer. Luckily for me, he was around the corner and said he would come by once he had finished his previous job. He turned up 10 minutes later. Investigated the cause of the blocked drain, told me it wasn't the issue I thought and gave me advice on what action was needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. I appreciate that in a tradesperson :-) I recommend.

  Helpful and courteous when contacted. Came out on the weekend for a very reasonable price. Talked through issue and possible solutions clearly and checked thoroughly that all was clear.
