Ken of Draincott was the most impressive of the callers who rang following my request for help via Checkatrade to deal with a kitchen sink that blocks up constantly. His is a family run company and local to where we live. It was a difficult task which resulted in his clearing years and years of fat clogging up our drainage system. I was amazed at Ken's patience and determination over a couple of visits to sort the problem. I cannot praise his expertise highly enough and he did not charge the £££s that the big companies quoted.

My wife and I were hosting our child's birthday party when our waste and toilet became blocked. Found Ken on Google and he was able to fit us in at short notice due to circumstances 11 kids to handle. Anyway unblocked and all was well; what a relief if you'll pardon the pun.
