Rang several companies and Homecare were by far the best price . He arrived on time, unblocked my drain with no fuss. Definitely recommend.

Ken arrived promptly, as agreed. He was efficient, polite and got the job done without any fuss. He was also cheaper than other local contractors.

It was only by chance, searching the internet, frantically, trying to find someone to unblock the drainage system, just days before Christmas, December 2021. I found their details online and they came and sorted everything within minutes. Since then, we have used this company for all our drainage problems. This mainly due to the high standards and levels of satisfaction received. Very prompt in responding, I had blocked toilet and bath outlet. After examining the problem the outside manhole was full of sewage. After several attempts to clear the sewer it was noted that the problem was caused by the neighbours drain was blocked and backed to my drains. I have learnt a lot about drainage. I would recommend this company and definitely use them if needed.

From the moment Ken arrived he started to look at all the possible options of how the drains may be blocked and clearly had lots of experience. He detected the problem in the main sewer and used his high-pressure jetting equipment to clear the problem. He also advised on what the problem might’ve been and how to make sure it didn’t re occur. Homecare unblocked our kitchen's outside drain. They had a fast response to my phone call which was 8.30 am! - and came round the same afternoon. They are clearly very knowledgeable about drainage, and what steps to take to avoid the problem from re-occuring. I thought a very reasonable charge for doing the job - certainly very favourable compared with some of the larger firms. Would highly recommend!
