    Best appliance repair in South East England

    Muhammed fixed our washing machine quickly and professionally. The issue was with the spinning mechanism, and instead of a temporary fix he replaced the full pump and filter housing so it was done properly. He was fast, friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and explained everything in plain terms. Really reliable service and good value. I’d highly recommend him and hope he gets plenty more work.

    Local, responsive, reliable and great value

    I have two washing machines, one failed just before Christmas, the other just after. Both were failing to pump out water. I contacted Muhammad and he came the same day. He quickly found the blockage in the pipe for the first one, cleared it out and charged no more than his (low) call out fee. He then diagnosed a failed drain pump in the second and replaced that with spares from his van. He was quick, courteous and thorough and I will definitely use him again.

We are a small family owned business with over 10 years of experience in this sector. We repair and provide appliances of the following:

Cookers and hoods

Dishwashers

Fridge and freezers

Ovens

Washing machines

Small electrical appliances such as irons, hoovers, toasters.

We have learnt that honesty, integrity, respect and keeping customers informed is of the utmost importance.

Therefore, we will ensure that you are kept well informed of any repairs, maintenance or services required.

If any parts are required, we will ensure that they are at the best available price on the market. We have connections with certain manufacturers and distributors, that can ensure product quality and genuineness.

Invoices and receipts are given for any work completed, or that will be undertaken including any receipts for parts. Therefore, we do ask customers to provide their full name, address, contact number and email address.

Your appliances, your homes and your trust in us is what we value and uphold.

Please note due to Covid 19 we follow the government guidelines in regards to PPE. Therefore, we do ask customers certain questions relating to health and safety.
