Muhammad was honest in his appraisal of my fridge freezer so it turned out costing less than I expected.

Muhammad was quick to respond to me, very polite and able to help us swiftly. He called me back promptly to confirm appointment timings and was punctual. He had already checked he had the part we needed in stock. He was quick and tidy to repair our dishwasher and cost effective too. We had been told by Siemens that the next available appointment was 2 weeks. We would definitely recommend him.

Our washing machine had stopped draining. We asked Muhammad to investigate. He had come to our rescue before. He responded quickly. Sure enough, he soon found the cause of the problem - a sock that had got into the pump! We recommend him for his reliability, expertise and reasonable price.

I cannot fault Muhammad's professionalism and contact, the only critic is, whilst fully aware of the call out charge, the communication about price of the work before continuing. Saying this the price was very reasonable and I would use again.
