Nige was very friendly, helpful and professional. He arrived at the time booked and explained clearly what he was going to do. He thoroughly tested the Emergency Lighting and identified a fault which will be rectified the following week. I learnt alot about many aspects of fire safety from asking him questions which is so useful going forward. I was very pleased to get a Fire Safety Log book for our flats. Very old system kept having issues. Parts no longer available. Engineer was very good and went above and beyond to try to fix. End up installing a new system. Communication and assistance throughout has been brilliant on the phone and in person. Very friendly would recommend this company to everyone.
