Excellent service from Ed. He contacted me quickly and was able to come out at short notice when our water pump failed, which was especially important with two young children at home. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and reliable throughout. He arrived when he said he would, sourced the replacement pump, returned promptly to fit it, and completed the job efficiently with no issues. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the final cost was exactly as quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ed again and would happily recommend him to others.
