  EICR inspection and report completion

  The inspection was completed on the agreed date (30 Jan 2025), but the report wasn't emailed to me until 20 Feb 2025. I didn't receive any updates before this date, despite sending 2 messages and leaving 1 voicemail message. When I was phoned on 19 Feb 2025 (after I had contacted Checkatrade to help resolve the issue), I was told the reason for the delay was due to a backlog of work.

  Replace damaged radiator bleed screw

  The work was completed quickly without any mess. However I was phoned to say the guys were on their way they but didn't actually arrive for one and a half hours. When they did arrive they said they'd been delayed. I think they should have called to let me know this.

  Prepare and paint 2 bedroom window sills

  Preparation by removing caulking, then filling and sanding joints and edges was extensive. It was completed well, ready for painting the wall edges and sills of 2 bedroom windows. Despite the bad weather the job was completed through perseverance. over the weekend I can recommend this tradesman.

  Door Frame Repair

  Front door frame had gone rotten at the bottom and needed the rotten section removing and replacing with new wood. The wood also needed priming and painting. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and finished to a good standard. A courteous and recommended service was provided.
