  We had a great experience working with Hodjat. He designed a fantastic extension that fits perfectly with the rest of our house — it’s made such a difference to how we use the space. He also handled the whole planning permission process with the council, which was a huge help. Everything felt easy and under control from start to finish. Super professional, creative, and easy to talk to. We’re really happy with the result and would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about an extension or renovation.

  Architectural design for 2 extensions and refurbishment of existing bungalow

  We were recommended to use Hodjat & were so glad we did. We wanted an architect to help us design our forever home by assisting & developing our ideas with enhanced design from an expert. Hodjat was tbis and more. He listened to our ideas no matter how big or small and he was happy to explore options by adding his expertise to the design. He met every expectation and delivered his detailed drawings including 3D versions which made visualising the end design so much easier. We highly recommend Hodjat without hesitation.

  Single storey and first floor side extension work

  We recently used Hodjat for our kitchen extension and first floor side extension work and we could not have been happier that we chose the correct professional. Hodjat is a vastly experienced architect and has helped us through every stage of our project. We being completely new and never have dealt with any house work, Hodjat has been our top notch guide and has explained everything in simple terms.   Design a new garage and large extension

  I can not praise Hodjat enough .Very professional and meticulous in his work . Came up with a perfect design to meet our needs . The council planning officer who did our site visit informed me that drawings on our application were far more detailed than most, which l believe helped with us getting approval.
