Not only because he’s very knowledgeable, skillful and impeccable on time management, also because when the planning officer has queries, Hodjat will take the trouble out of his way to reply comprehensively and satisfactorily.   Hodjat is a very talented architect. He understands the requirements and then delivers beautiful designs that meet the requirements. We had our planning permission accepted first time by following his advice on a difficult house ina conservation area. Would use him again

  Requested plans for an extension to the garage and side extension

  Hodjat is very professional and communicated promptly with any queries regarding the plans. He gave us some very good ideas and helped us with our design. He submitted and obtained approval for the work and kept us informed throughout the process. we would use him again with any future project and would highly recommend him.

  We had a great experience working with Hodjat on our extension plans. He patiently listened to our requirements and created few options and took us through each options. We had too many questions/suggestions, he explained in details the pros & cons of our suggestions and recommended the correct option considering all the aspects. He took care of all the questions from planning officials promptly. Supported us in every stage of the process from preparing the plans to structural and BR drawings. Easy to reach, available all the time even during late evenings.

  Extension design and planing permissioin

  We had a great experience working with Hodjat. He designed a fantastic extension that fits perfectly with the rest of our house — it’s made such a difference to how we use the space. He also handled the whole planning permission process with the council, which was a huge help. Everything felt easy and under control from start to finish. Super professional, creative, and easy to talk to. We’re really happy with the result and would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about an extension or renovation.
