  Great Architect - Major extension works and refurb.

  We recently worked with Hodjat on a large extension/refurb project. During the entire process Hodjat was a great professional, with a great eye for detail. He is responsive, diligent and has a passion for what he does. Hodjat was great in providing the detail we required and helped us in designing and getting approval for our dream home. We have worked with other Architects in the past and Hodjat is by far the best.

  Residential Building Architectural Design Work...

  Hodjat helped us with our house refurbishment design, it's massive work covering rear extension, raising half of the existing roof and significant internal modifications which requires lots of strutural changes. Quick in responding queries, immediate availability for appointments, end-to-end support (initial design, council planning permission process, support for builders during construction phase) - it's wholseome service from Hodjat. Highly recommendable.

  Ground and first floor extensions and loft conversion

  Hodjat was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and really easy to communicate with. He listened to our ideas, gave honest feedback, and helped us shape exactly what we wanted for our extension. He was patient through our many back-and-forth discussions and always available to answer questions or concerns. Everything was delivered within the timeframe he set, and he kept us informed throughout. Very responsive and reliable – we can’t recommend him highly enough.

  Secured planning permission for ground floor and first floor extensions

  I had a great experience with Hodjat. He drew up some ground floor rear and first floor side extension plans, worked with us through several revisions and secured planning permission. Hodjat’s 3D drawings were particularly helpful in helping us to picture the extension options. He was very responsive and explained clearly pros/cons to some of our suggestions. We look forward to working with him on the next stages.
