I had a great experience with Hodjat. He drew up some ground floor rear and first floor side extension plans, worked with us through several revisions and secured planning permission. Hodjat’s 3D drawings were particularly helpful in helping us to picture the extension options. He was very responsive and explained clearly pros/cons to some of our suggestions. We look forward to working with him on the next stages.

From start to finish Hodjat has been excellent, clear communication, timely with work and prices competitively. He understood my requirements and was able to seek the permissions and specifications needed, to now get quotes from builders.
