Communication was great from the outset. Took some time to get responses and had to prompt once but that didn’t bother me too much as all trades are busy. They arrived an hour early but did call to check if that was ok. They completed the work in just over an hour and did a comprehensive clean and check of the system. I’ve never had that type of service on the boiler - in the past services have taken 15-20 min - quick check, no clean and leave. The engineer then showed me what they did and was happy to answer any questions. Boiler running a little bit quieter than before too :)

This is the second time I’ve used HOCU to install a boiler (different properties). Everything about them is professional. On this occasion they were fitting the boiler in my elderly mother’s house who suffers from dementia - the workmen were understanding and patient throughout the process and the boiler install really neat with a clear pride in the workmanship. Highly recommend.

They proposed a sensible solution, had a fair price, started and finished on time, did very neat work, and left everything working as planned. Perfect.

The Hocu service engineer came on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, serviced our boiler thoroughly, checked all the pipework and radiators. Excellent service engineer, will certainly use their service again in future.
