  Josh and Kieren helped us fix a severe damp issue we had in our basement. The work performed was extensive and was performed to an excellent standard. They were incredibly professional and communicated the progress the whole way through and answered all our questions. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

  Needed some plumbing work done on faulty toilet cistern. Josh was punctual, polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and skilful and the job was finished quickly to my complete satisfaction. I can honestly rate the service at 100% and will recommend this company to every one I know.

  Fantastic workmanship

  I recently had my bathroom completed by H.M Property Maintenance LTD and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth from the initial discussion through to completion. The team were punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable, and they kept me informed throughout the job. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, with great attention to detail and a very clean finish. They worked efficiently, respected my home, and left everything tidy at the end of each day. The bathroom looks fantastic and has completely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.
