Josh was absolutely amazing. He gave us helpful advice to help diagnose the initial issues and came to fix the very next day. Great with communication and went above and beyond to help us (despite it being a Bank Holiday!) Stayed behind to make sure everything was working correctly - would happily get him in again for future work!

Keen. Approached by phone from checkatrade. bit chaotic few trips to get parts. perhaps an overall review before starting? but i know nothing about plumbing so things may not have been known? Was helpful fitted radiator for extra charge and stayed to check the heating was working.

Josh was great with replacing a bent radiator pipe (plus Installing new TRV), installing some new shower cartridges, and redoing some silicon around the bath. Punctual, tidy and helpful, what more you can ask for!

Josh and Kieren helped us fix a severe damp issue we had in our basement. The work performed was extensive and was performed to an excellent standard. Needed some plumbing work done on faulty toilet cistern. Josh was punctual, polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and skilful and the job was finished quickly to my complete satisfaction. I can honestly rate the service at 100% and will recommend this company to every one I know.
