  Removal of wall between the lounge and dining room

  I chose Ciprian to remove our wall as he took his time assessing the job in detail. He made a great job of the wall removal, you'd never know there had ever been a wall there. Everything was done in good time and with a minimum of fuss. I would definitely recommend use Hlade Construction.

  I called three companies from checkatrde and Hladec Construction was the one who come in time, didn’t take longer for quotation to arrive, Ciprian was very open person , answer at all my questions , when him carry out the work all the surprise encountered were communicated to me and we made decisions together, it was extra work and he didn't take advantage of the fact that he had the job in his hand and could swindle me for money on the price but he was an honest and fair person from start to finish, him and his guys make me great job , I really enjoy this extension and I’m very happy

  Bathroom Window Lintel and External Drainage

  We had a failed lintel on our 1900 property which Ciprian replaced. When he removed the brickwork and lintel we then found that the wooden wall plate holding the roof joists was rotten so that was replaced as well. He also replaced external drainpipes which were also failing. All this only took 2.5 days. Great job, kept me updated throughout the process and overall a very good experience.
