Overall, we are very satisfied. The extension looks great, everything works well, and adds a lot of value. For the quality delivered, the price was fair. We would use Hlade Construction Ltd again for future work and would recommend them to others looking for residential construction / renovation.

Ciprian with Hlade Construction built our rear extension and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Ciprian is a fantastic builder and perfectionist at his job. It was a pleasure having this work done by him and we will continue to use his services for all our renovations. He was dedicated, had excellent attention to detail and kept me updated every step of the way. He gave great recommendations for things and took photos and videos along the way to keep me informed in the decision making process. He never did anything design wise without me authorising it first. Even though the costs added up way our budget, it was understandable due to Ciprian’s expertise and the short time scale we had.

Over the past 4 days Ciprian has transformed our bathroom into a beautiful luxurious space. I have never seen anyone work as effectively and efficiently. He sourced all the materials, removed the old tiles, waterproofed the walls, fitted new tiles extending them behind the sink and toilet (which had to be moved), replaced, boxed in and tiled over old pipework for the bath, sink and toilet, created and tiled a new bath panel and laid a new lino floor. All this with a happy, friendly and constructive attitude and great attention to detail. Also, so tidy and organised. Quite brilliant.

I chose Ciprian to remove our wall as he took his time assessing the job in detail. He made a great job of the wall removal, you'd never know there had ever been a wall there. Everything was done in good time and with a minimum of fuss. I would definitely recommend use Hlade Construction.
