I felt in safe hands from the itemised quote from Katie to the outstanding work of Henry and Pacey. What a team! From the beginning I received great advice regarding significant damp in my kitchen wall. A portion of rendering was removed from the bottom of the external wall, which was then damp proofed, and a tile overhang was installed on the roof. A three-tonged approach! The work was completed to a high standard and I couldn't be happier. These guys are professional, friendly and informative. They are an absolute pleasure to have around and I have no concerns recommending them.

Excellent communication from Katie on what was needed from us, the home owners at each stage of the project. Harry and Pacey were polite and friendly, working efficiently to get the job done within the week's time frame that was given. Harry was quick to find solutions to all the unexpected problems throughout the job to keep things on track without compromising the integrity of the work.

Henry and Katie were absolute stars throughout, from being super quick to come and quote, to making time available as soon as they possibly could to come and do the urgent repair work that we needed. they were incredibly considerate of the needs of our young family and cats and provided excellent advice on preventing the issue returning. They are genuinely lovely people and are incredibly helpful and great value for money. After a bunch of no-shows they are a breat of fresh air
