Katie and Harry (and Pacey) were fantastic. They were on thime each day they finished early and had time to complete the concrete pad at the rear of the garden which. we would have had to wait for. Honestly wonderful people who have excellent knowledge of the regulations, industry and were efficient and reliable. I will most definitely use them again.

From start to finish HJ Swann's whole team we're very accommodating. The refit of the bathroom taking out the old bath installation of a gorgeous walk in shower with ample room for my father's needs the work was to an exceptional high standard and both my parents couldn't have been happier. Great team,great work thank you HJ Swann.

Harry and Kate built our beautiful workshop at the end of our garden they worked all through different types of weather and always turned up on time. They stuck to the quotes that they gave us at the start with no hidden extras. I would recommend you look no further and get in touch with them for your building work. The standard of our workshop is excellent and it is regularly admired by friends and family. Sorry it took so long to put this review on.

They came out and took time to look into all the issues they had and came up with solutions. They have done lintel and brick repair work for us so far and always keep us up to date with anything they find and what work has been done. Really lovely and genuine people.

Harry and Katie are a wonderful team I have accepted the price for the Build of my extension from H.J.Swann Build Contractors Ltd. The work will start in a few weeks time. Hopefully everything should go smoothly.

They were punctual and efficient and did everything promised. I would have no hesitation in using them again
