  Excellent communication from Katie on what was needed from us, the home owners at each stage of the project. Harry and Pacey were polite and friendly, working efficiently to get the job done within the week's time frame that was given. Harry was quick to find solutions to all the unexpected problems throughout the job to keep things on track without compromising the integrity of the work.

  Leaky pipes

  We had an issue with leaky pipes. McLaren's plumbing came out to investigate the issue and only charged for the work they did. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. It turned out the overflow valve on our hot water tank was not set correctly due to the handle being too short. He nipped out and got us one that was the correct length and promptly installed it. We will absolutely be using Mclaren's Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

  Asbestos testing

  We recently moved into our first home. The hallway ceilings were old, textured plaster with many cracks and needed to be replaced but our surveyor advised we have them tested before touching them as they may have been made of asbestos. Jamie sampled them and luckily the results came back negative! He also checked that we didn't have any other surfaces that should be tested. Very pleased we can now proceed with our renovation work!
