  Outstanding service! HiTechno came out within an hour to fix our alarm — really quick and professional. Javani, the engineer, was excellent knowledgeable, polite, and got everything sorted efficiently. Highly recommend! Genuinely he is hard working and definitely had a can do attitude!

  Removing heat alarm.

  I had been informed that a heat alarm left by a telecare system was hard wired. When it started to bleep I needed it removing. Hitechno rang me and offered to do the job and quoted me£150 for the job. I agreed the charge. When the operative turned up it transpired that the device was not hardwired so was removed in about 5 minutes. The guy was very pleasant and helpful but still insisted that I paid £150 for a 10 minute job. I am disappointed by this. I will not recommend this company.

  New Wireless Burglar Alarm System

  Ali did a great job stripping out our defunct system and installing a new wireless one. He has been reliable and communicative and told me promptly when a delay in obtaining a component meant we had to change the initial installation date. He encountered a couple of the usual type of issues with this kind of install and solved the problems without too much difficulty and completed the job within the time frame he had described (4 hours). He explained how everything worked and it is definitely a big improvement in terms of simplicity of operation. I would definitely recommend him👍🏼
