We are so grateful to Javani for coming to sort out our alarm system. We inherited an alarm system with the house we bought which started malfunctioning and going off randomly. Javani was able to come the same day. He checked every device, helped us optimise the existing system for our needs, and gave sensible advice on upgrades should we want them. He came exactly on time and was patient and polite. Highly recommended.

I had been informed that a heat alarm left by a telecare system was hard wired. When it started to bleep I needed it removing. Hitechno rang me and offered to do the job and quoted me£150 for the job. I agreed the charge. When the operative turned up it transpired that the device was not hardwired so was removed in about 5 minutes. The guy was very pleasant and helpful but still insisted that I paid £150 for a 10 minute job. I am disappointed by this. I will not recommend this company.
