  Replastering walls + ceiling in my kitchen

  I've hired Emmett to replaster my kitchen and he did a wonderful job! Despite some unforeseen issues arising along the way (not due to Emmett), the job was completed on time and my kitchen was left looking neat and tidy. I'm a repeat customer and I can highly recommend Hillcrest Plastering to anyone who wants a job well done!

  We used Emmett previously and had no hesitation in using him again. Lovely fella to work with exemplary tradesman. Beautiful finish to a crumbling wall. Tidy and courteous throughout. If you want a good job done he’s your man.

  Restored our Victorian Wall to Perfection

  I’ve used Emmett from Hillcrest Plastering before and will definitely use him again. He recently repaired a DIY job gone wrong on a Victorian staircase wall—replacing plasterboard, securing loose sections, removing lath, and applying bonding and mesh before a smooth reskim. He found woodworm during the job, which he proactively treated and gave helpful advice. Emmett is professional, tidy, communicative, and made sure the skirting board ledge—previously uneven and partially covered—was fully exposed and level. Highly professional and reliable—would definitely recommend.

  Fixing a mess left by a previous plasterer

  Plastering walls in my new home 🏡

  Emmett was AMAZING-truly fab, going the extra mile.I can't recommend more highly.His work was exemplary and faultless.From initial contact-a seamless, stress-free process.Communication-excellent.Highly reliable,skillfull and adaptable.Despite unexpected hurdles on the day,he remained professional discussing all options with no pressure for a decision- willing to reschedule if required.Truthfully,the BEST tradesman, even working longer to complete, knowing my time constraints.All visitors comment on his impressive work and attention to detail.It was an immaculate job I'm delighted.Superb price.

  Replastering the lounge walls back to brickwork using a waterproof render.

  Emmett carried out work at my fathers house taking back 3 walls of the lounge to the brickwork and putting waterproof rendering followed by a finish coat of plaster. His work is excellent quality and was far more extensive than originally quoted but done for the original estimate. the room was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Emmett.
